Jillian Navarro is a vocal instructor at Plugged In and School of Rock Huntington Beach, as well as a School of Rock alumnus, participating as one of the inaugural students in both the House Band and the Performance Group. She has over a decade of vocal training and experience in the arts ranging from performance to film production and everything in between; she attended high school at the Orange County School of the Arts (OCSA) and has a BFA in film & digital content with a minor in entrepreneurship.  She has extensive training in “Speech Level Singing” and has even worked with Seth Riggs, the pioneer of this technique, who himself has trained artists from Stevie Wonder, Madonna, Barbara Streisand, Nina Simone, Ozzy Osborne, Ray Charles, and more.
